Speakers for Schools is a partner of Digital Summer Trip this year – a national digital and tech festival for students hosted in the heart of London at Hackney College. We will be hosting a talk with S4S speaker and digital entreprenuer Brent Hoberman Thursday 3rd of July for the opening day of the fair, as just one part of a full day of digital learning and inspiration. Register your school to attend for students to hear talks at the Digital Skills Summit, engage with companies like O2, Mind Candy, Toshiba and take workshops with some of the most cutting-edge digital firms in the industry.

What is Digital Summer Trip?
Digital Summer Trip returns to the UK’s digital capital – Tech City – taking over Hackney Community College in East London. DST invites the world’s leading digital and media companies, producers and programmers to share their tech secrets and host hands-on digital workshops: from app design to video production, games design to digital marketing – to programming a Raspberry Pi, and much more!

How can you get special tickets for your students?
S4S has a number of discounted tickets it can give away for the 3rd (free!) or 4th of July (discounted), while tickets last. You can take a small group or large group but let them know exactly how many students can make it.
