Mark Rigby

Mark Rigby is the former Chief Executive of Business Rent and Rates specialists, CVS, where he led the development of the business and its national expansion strategy. CVS achieved a number of accolades including being named in the Top 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain by the London Stock Exchange and being named ‘Britain’s largest business rates advisory firm’ by the Financial Times. In 2017 he led the successful multimillion pound sale of the business.
He is a former Chief Executive of Lambert Smith Hampton, a Top 10 surveying company, and led the firm’s development of an integrated national service offer and successful national growth, growing the business to £90 million turnover and employing 1200 people.
Mark has more than 30 years’ experience in the commercial property industry with expertise in managing the delivery of professional property services.
He is a Chartered Surveyor, a Chartered Director and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
A former Wasps Club Captain (1990-92) who played in the 1st XV from 1982-1993, he is now also President of Wasps. He also played for Middlesex, London, England Classicals and British Lions Classicals.
