Attracting, developing, retaining and nurturing diverse Talent and Leadership potential are known to be critical contributors to a company’s performance. It’s about having the right people in the right places at the right time.
I am responsible for a conscious pipeline of talent within our organisation, especially for leadership roles. We help identify those with leadership potential, provide development to enhance their skills and behaviours, and highlight and fill gaps in our talent pipelines where we need to recruit externally. I am responsible for future-proofing too; by attracting talent early through our graduate scheme, apprenticeships, internships and traineeships…giving young people the skills and experience they need to be the future of our organisation and the wider world.
