Graduated from Christ College Cambridge in 1983.
Joined Saatchi & Saatchi as trainee in 1983.
Made Managing Director in 1993.
Left in 1995 to help Maurice and Charles start M&C Saatchi.
Currently Worldwide CEO.
President of the IPA 2008 – 2010.
Chairman of The European Advertising Association 2010 – 2012.
Has worked on election campaigns from his early days in advertising starting in 1987, through to the present day. Also worked on the Independence and Brexit Referendums.
Has led M&C Saatchi as it’s grown from a single Soho office to over 100 majority owned start-up companies, with a presence in 30 countries.
Has managed to survive not only the last 3 turbulent decades in the advertising business but also two appearances on Question Time.
