Simon Collins

Founder, Gold Collins Associates & Serial Chairman and Board member

I am Chairman of Decoded, a leading technology education business and co-founder of Gold Collins Associates, a business which advises leaders of large organisations on stressful events and episodes.
I also advise a number of technology companies and am a non-executive Director of the Royal Air Force.

My early career was spent in banking, with S G Warburg and Nat West, then I set up my own debt advisory business before joining KPMG in 1999. I had various roles in KPMG culminating in being Chairman and Senior Partner until 2017.

I am on the Global Leadership Board of the University of Manchester, Chairman of the Catalyst Club Board of Cancer Research UK and Chair of Resilience First.
I am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a graduate (economics) of the University of Manchester. I attended Haberdashers’ Aske’s School Elstree.
