Biography

Following the completion of Secondary Education, Stuart attended Brunel University, graduating with a degree in Business Administration. When employed by Ford Retail he started the journey of gaining the ACCA qualification, in order for him to fulfil his ambition of becoming a Finance Director.
In 1997, he started working with Ford Retail Ltd as an Accounts Assistant based in Uxbridge, quickly progressing into the roles of Accountant (1999-2003), Financial Controller (2003 – 2006) and Regional Financial Controller (2006 – 2013). Stuart was appointed Finance Director in November 2013 when he became a member of the Board of Directors. As Finance Director, Stuart has primary responsibility of working closely with Board Members and Senior Management across the business to develop and implement strategies that will allow the business to realise its revenues, profit and market share objectives.
Stuart puts his success down to having the motivation & determination to succeed. You should never stand still & always look to improve by challenging yourself with personal goals / objectives. Set yourself an outcome for the future & then work through the plan on how you are going to achieve it!
