Biography

Alan left school with very few academic qualifications, worked for Ford Motor Co in accounting & sales, then ran Audi UK fleet sales through their brand separation in the 1990’s before joining Marsh Mclennan (global insurance broker) as Sales Director of the Affinity Division in their London office. He later re-joined Ford to run their Finance & Insurance Sales Dept. in their Retail business & is now also responsible for the customer experience. His main strengths are a passion for delivery & colleague motivation. He enjoys inspiring people to achieve their dreams & aspirations, regardless of their academic achievements. If he can do it, anyone can do it!
