Biography

Bruce Melizan is an executive Director of Interserve Plc and Managing Director of Interserve’s Support Services division. He was appointed to the Board in January 2008.

The Support Services division provides a broad range of single and integrated support services. It undertakes contracts with both public and private sector clients, focusing on those which allow the development of relationships and offer the opportunity of long-term revenue streams based on continuous improvement in working practices.

Bruce joined Interserve in 2003 and was Managing Director of Interserve Investments plc before being appointed to head Interserve Facilities Management in 2006.

He has been in the outsourcing industry for 14 years and has held a wide variety of roles ranging from direct delivery through to sales, marketing and general management. Previous organisations include Amey, Mowlem, Schlumberger and TYE Manufacturing both in the UK and globally.

Bruce, born in May 1967, holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University, Canada. He is a member of the Business Services Association Council and a Trustee of the Safer London Foundation.
