Biography

I went to a girls Grammar School in Bucks, then to the London School of Economics (BSc Economics). I joined Procter and Gamble on their brand management graduate scheme and became Brand Manager for Vidal Sassoon. I joined Tesco as Head of Advertising, and became one of their youngest Directors leading businesses for them in Household goods, Beauty and Baby products, and Telecoms. I was also Strategy Director for Non Food and HR Director for Commercial and Marketing. I have a passion for talent and young people and led Tesco’s Graduate Scheme for the UK. I support the Masters in Management programme at the LSE. After 16 years at Tesco, I set up my own HR consultancy a few years ago, working with leading private and public sector organisations developing their talent agenda.
