Biography

Colm is a Director of Turner & Townsend, an independent professional services company with 110 offices worldwide and specialising in programme management, project management, cost and commercial management and advisory across the real estate, infrastructure and natural resources sectors. Colm is a qualified chartered Quantity Surveyor by practice, but leads our business across all service disciplines providing great opportunities for our people and supporting great Client outcomes. Colm has helped shape and deliver successful outcomes for our Clients delivering some of Northern Ireland’s most important and prestigious projects, including Titanic Belfast, Lyric Theatre, Bangor Aurora, St.Anne’s Square Mixed Use Regen, Lisburn Square Mixed Use Regen. Erskine House, Metro Bldg, Citi and BCC Grade ‘A’ offices (shell and fitout), Ravenhill Stadium, Queens University Belfast multiple projects (including Student Accomodation), University of Ulster GBD and many school projects across Northern Ireland, to name a few. Included in his role is the management of our people, from their health and well being to ensuring top quality delivery of our services to our clients. Hands on experience in operations, sales, bid writing, finance, procurement, governance, strategy.
Q3/Q4 2018 – Account Director across 22 European countries delivering Cost Management Office (CMO) and support Project Management for Global CRE clients, based out of Amsterdam.
Colm’s aim is to assist our clients in making the most from their investment and expenditure in built assets.
