Biography

I have extensive experience in the Middle East and South Asia with particular expertise in the aerospace and defence sector. Prior to joining Veracity, I was Head of Group Strategic Analysis for a leading defence company, and tracked international defence politics, monitored the changing military, security, and threat environment, and provided detailed analyses of the global challenges facing the defense industry. Thereafter I had a number of senior management positions, related to the Middle East and Africa, Finance, Administration and Personnel. I was awarded the Companion of the Order of St. Michael and St. George (CMG) in 2000 and hold degrees in politics and economics from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. I am proficient in Spanish, French, and Arabic, with knowledge of Hungarian and German. I have also been a Governor and the Co Chair of the Board of Governors of Bedales Schools in Petersfield
