Biography

Emma Avignon is the CEO of Mentore Consulting, a UK based company retained by businesses to help them identify, develop and fast track women within leadership teams delivering a professional mentoring service. In this role, Emma leads a team providing best in class consulting from mentors like Sir Roger Carr, Sir Charles Dunstone, Dame Tessa Jowell, Karren Brady and Lord Mervyn Davies.
Emma has more than 15 years of experience working for large professional services firms including PWC and Ernst & Young.
Emma provided advice to multi-national corporates on restructuring, working capital advisory, transaction advisory services. She also worked with Ernst & Young’s Global and Regional Boards, leadership teams, senior partners and client teams to drive the development and delivery of strategic initiatives.
Emma is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a BA in Modern Languages, French and German, from Leeds University.
Emma has two children and loves art, music, skiing
