Biography

Gareth has been with O2/Telefonica since 2001. He has overall responsibility for Customer Service within the UK business, including O2’s key strategic partnership with Capita. In addition he is also responsible for trading across O2’s consumer business, Supply Chain functions and Compliance within the UK Sales & Service directorate. Gareth is a critical thinker who demonstrates resilience, adaptability and drive. His motivational leadership style has allowed him to inspire his people to deliver excellent results, whilst maintaining an environment based on honesty, trust and professional integrity. At last year’s CCA Convention, Gareth was awarded Director of the Year. He is an avid supporter of Sunderland FC.
