Iain is a political commentator. He writes about politics for The Daily Telegraph and The Sunday Telegraph and is the author of a book on the financial crisis. “Making It Happen: Fred Goodwin, RBS and the men who blew up the British economy” will be published in autumn 2013. He is a former editor of The Scotsman (2001-2004) and Scotland on Sunday (2004-2006). Following that he was deputy editor of The Sunday Telegraph. He has also written for The Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, the Daily Mail, The Spectator and Standpoint magazine. He has presented programmes for BBC Radio 4. He was born in 1971 in Paisley, Scotland, and graduated in History from Glasgow University. He now lives in London.
