Ian is responsible for directing the BPI’s public affairs strategy to ensure that Government and regulators understand the challenges facing the recorded music sector and take action to support the sector where appropriate.

The BPI represents the UK’s recorded music industry, which includes more than 300 independent music companies and the UK’s 3 major record companies. Together, BPI’s members account for 85% of all music sold in the UK.
