Janet is Director of Marketing Strategy and runs the Creative Pioneers apprenticeship programme and the Future of Talent undergraduate strategy for the 300 agency businesses in the IPA membership.
The industry currently takes on around 200 apprentices and 1000 graduates each year. Janet is also project lead on the UK Creative Industries Marketing website which brings together 10 different creative sectors to market UK credentials globally. Janet’s industry experience spans management positions at Y&R advertising, Burson-Marsteller corporate communications and Lewis Moberly brand identity. She was an awarded an OBE for services to the creative industries in the 2014 New Year’s Honours list. Janet has an MA in Modern Languages from Oxford University.
