Biography

Studied History at the University of London and qualified as a Chartered Accountant during her time at Ernst & Young. Joined Norwich Union in 1987 and was one of 3 founding members of Virgin Direct in 1994. Led the development of the highly successful Virgin One Account which was sold to RBS. Moved to RBS with the One Account and became Managing Director of RBS mortgages. Rejoined Virgin in 2007 as CEO of Virgin Money.
