Biography

Lee joined Redington in January of 2017 via the Return to Work program, during which she worked on a number of strategic projects for the firm ranging from Risk to Diversity and Inclusion. She is currently Director of Corporate Function Change, with continued involvement in many of the areas on which she initially focused. Prior to joining Redington, Lee spent over 15 years in the Financial Services Industry, working at Citibank and J.P. Morgan Chase in New York, RGP in Hong Kong and Credit Suisse in London. She has experience in sales, sales management, sales strategy, project management, strategic planning, M&A execution, change and organizational development.
Lee holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MA in Fine & Decorative Art from Christie’s/Royal Society of Art and an BA in Spanish and Art History from Vanderbilt University.
