Biography

Louisa is a non-Executive Director with nearly 30 years of business development and management in the investment, pension and superannuation sectors in UK, Australasia, Benelux, Nordics and the Gulf. Having lived and worked for 20 years in Australia, she returned to the UK in 2004. Most recently she spent 11 years as Managing Director, Head of Institutions at Lazard Asset Management Limited where she had overall responsibility for all institutional clients of Lazard’s London office, before leaving in 2018 to build a portfolio of independent NED roles.

Louisa is a trustee and member of the Finance & Resources Committee for Fight for Sight, the UK’s largest charity funding pioneering eye research and has spent over 17 years as an active member of charity committees. She is a Freeman of the City of London and a Liveryman with the Worshipful Company of Feltmakers.

Louisa has a Master of Business Administration (Executive) from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM). She is married with two daughters and lives in a small village in rural Buckinghamshire with a menagerie of dogs, horses and other animals.
