Lucy Clayton is passionate about discovering and mentoring talent. She is author of How To Go To Work (Penguin) the essential guide for anyone starting out in their career. As former CEO of Community Clothing, a social enterprise with a mission to sustain and create jobs in the UK textile industry, she was honoured in the Financial Times and HERoes inaugural list of top 50 ‘Champions of Women in Business 2017’.
