Martin Sudweeks

Director, MRICS, Turner & Townsend

I am a chartered surveyor with over 30 years of experience of various construction projects. I am currently based in London where I run a team of 150 cost managers. With my company I have worked in many parts of the world including Europe, Middle East and America where I was the Regional MD for nearly 5 years. I have worked on almost every kind of building project from hospital to hotels, supermarkets to offices, museums to high end residential. Currently I am working on a £1bn residential scheme for a Chinese developer, the Holocaust Memorial Project in Westminster and the final phases of the legacy at the Olympic Park
