Head of Strategy, Organisation & Projects (HR), Bentley
Having studied GCSE’s and A’Levels focussing on scientific subjects, I decided to study Management at the University of Manchester. Academic results and achievements were really important to ensure I was able to study Management in highest ranked university outside of London. These days, I have 15 years strategic and operational experience in Human Resources Management both at global and national level, tackling talent management, development, organisation, HR digital and business strategy issues. My day to day role holds huge variety and I’m rewarded well for my contributions to our business. My HR career development began with an Internship at Ford while I studied my degree. Following this, I secured a place on the Bentley graduate scheme. My success on the graduate scheme put me in a good position to work through the business in various roles, up until becoming appointed in my current role. I am keen to share my experiences with others to help them to develop their career.
