With over 20 years experience in mobile telecommunications Paul has been at the heart of a technological revolution that has changed our lives irrevocably. From the early days of mobile with fewer than 0.5m customers to one of the best loved brands in the UK serving 25m customers Paul’s career has seen him take on many challenges. From humble beginnings working in a tiny contact centre to being responsible for mobile service during the 2012 Olympics and hosting the British Prime Minister David Cameron at O2’s offices in Leeds Paul has had many rich experiences. Today Paul is accountable for the technical services O2 provides to it’s 25m customers in the UK as well as the managed services it provides to many of the UK biggest businesses. Paul also sits on the Business Operating Committee and sponsors many critical customer relationships up to Ministerial level. Paul was awarded Senior Leader of the Year at the 2015 IT Service Management Industry Awards and regularly speaks at supplier events.
