Biography

I grew up in Denmark where I finished my undergraduate studies with a joint honours degree in Mathematics and Physics. After finishing my undergraduate studies I went to University of North Texas for my doctoral studies
in Mathematics and graduated with a PhD in 1994. Immediately, after having finished my PhD I accepted a lectureship at University of St Andrews where
I am now Professor of Pure Mathematics. I serve on the editorial board of 3 mathematical research journals.
