Since leaving Oxford University 15 years ago, Sara has carved a successful career within the advertising and communications industry. A strategist, her focus has evolved from leading client’s businesses to leading one of the world’s foremost creative companies: Mother London. She has worked on some of the UK’s best-loved brands including Coca-Cola, Boots, Sainsbury’s and British Airways; winning two APG Awards for planning excellence along the way. APG subsequently invited her to sit on the APG Committee, which promotes excellent advertising and communications strategy.
In 2013 she was appointed Mother London’s very first Managing Director.
She is a founder member of the London Two Percent Club, which works to solve the issue of the underrepresentation of women in senior UK corporate positions.
She recently became a mother to daughter Iris.
