Seb started his advertising career at the global advertising agency Ogilvy and Mather where he worked as a copywriter across a range of accounts such as Ford, Lucozade, the Samaritans and the Observer newspaper.
With a natural entrepreneurial streak, he spotted an opportunity for brands early in the development of the Internet and left Ogilvy to co-found a digital agency called Glue. Over the following decade as Glue’s Executive Creative Director, Seb helped turn the agency into one of the leading digital agencies in the UK. He has a huge tally of industry awards to his name including fifteen Cannes Lions, seven One Show Pencils, nine Eurobest awards and numerous Campaign Digital and D&AD recognitions.
Glue were multiple winners of Campaign’s Digital agency of the year and frequently named as one of the top small businesses to work for by The Times.
Seb has been on the judging panel of every award show going from Cannes, to D&AD, Clios and The One Show.
He very recently joined pioneering video tech start-up Rockabox as their Chief Creative Officer to help them define the new era of video content creation and distribution.
