Spencer Berwin is Managing Director of Sales at the UK’s largest outdoor advertising company. As a member of the UK board of JCDecaux, Spencer presides over an award-winning sales team that delivers innovative out-of-home campaigns on retail, roadside and rail.

At JCDecaux, Spencer launched the first digital billboard – The M4 Torch, brought ad serving to digital screens at Tesco based on dunnhumby clubcard data, launched the premium billboard sector Premiere and developed the award winning huge screen – motion @ Waterloo – bringing national fame with huge brand experience campaigns. With the company being the market leader in both Classic Outdoor and Digital Outdoor, JCDecaux is at the heart of outdoor advertising.
Experience before JCDecaux
Spencer began his sales career at LBC Radio, later joining the Outdoor advertising company More O’Ferrall /Adshel (now Clear Channel Outdoor) as Group Sales Manager. In 1988 he joined Lowe Howard-Spink, moving in 1989 to their Out of Home Media Specialist, IPM, as Account Director and member of the Management Board
