Tim joined Ducati UK in 2001 after 12 years working at Ford Motor Company in various Sales and Marketing positions. He progressed to become Managing Director at Ducati in early 2005 since which he has overseen significant progress in the company results. Close attention to brand development and business priorities over this time has led to the company achieving consistent improvements in reputation, results and market share, with Ducati being one of the most admired brands in the UK. Tim also has a keen interest in helping encourage self development and progression amongst the younger generations.
