S4SNextGen: Our work experience and student placements programme
Talent is everywhere. Opportunities aren’t.
We think that the current system for accessing high-quality work experience is ineffective. Students who lack connections to prestigious organisations are still missing out on valuable placements.
programme connects young people who might not have access to leading organisations, helping to build pathways to the top via an online portal, all for free.
Here’s how it works:
1. Why we are different

connecting them to new students from our 1,700 strong state school network, aged 14 – 18 years.
